  Hot and muggy summer days are not a good time to find out the AC isn't up to the task of keeping you cool and comfortable. Across generations, Millennials, Gen X, and Baby Boomers alike all agree that a high-efficiency air conditioner is a premium selling point. Installing a new air conditioner will enhance your comfort, lower your utility bills, and attract buyers when you put the home on the market.
  
  
• Energy-Efficient Furnace
  Most furnaces last between 10-15 years. Over time, they lose efficiency and require increasingly frequent (and costly) repairs.
